Welcome to ZEN OFFICE SPACE SDN BHD. By accessing our website, making a booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are based on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking, subject to the selected service or package.
- Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking under reasonable circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
We prefer cashless payment methods for easier and smoother transactions.
Available payment methods include:
- Online Transfer
- DuitNow / DuitNow QR
- E-Wallet & Mobile Payment
- Debit & Credit Card
Processing fee charges may apply for selected card and digital payment transactions.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Payments made are strictly non-refundable for any cancellation.
- Customers are entitled to one (1) reschedule request, subject to terms and conditions.
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the booking time.
- Any booking not attended without prior notice will be considered attended. Payments made will not be refundable and no reschedule will be allowed.
4. Workspace Usage
- Customers are required to maintain a professional and respectful environment during the usage period.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Illegal, disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for their own belongings and valuables at all times.
- Food or items with strong smell are discouraged inside the workspace.
5. Access Outside Operating Hours
Users accessing the premises outside regular operating hours must take necessary safety precautions and inform the person in charge in advance.
6. Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 1:30pm (By appointment)
Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed
Operating hours may be subject to changes without prior notice.
7. Parking
Parking fees are managed separately by the building management.
Parking rates are subject to change and update by the building management.
8. Privacy & Personal Information
Your personal information will only be used for booking, operational, administrative, customer support, and service-related purposes.
We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, modification or loss unless required by law or necessary for service arrangements.
However, please note that no website or online system is completely secure. Zen Office Space Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any unauthorized access, data breaches or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of such external websites.
10. Amendments
ZEN OFFICE SPACE SDN BHD reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
