No. Parking fees are managed separately by the building management.

The current parking rate is RM2 per hour. Additional charges may apply for parking exceeding 13 consecutive hours.

Parking rates are subject to change and update by the building management without prior notice.

24/7 access is available for long-term users with access permission, subject to the selected package. Usage outside operating hours for other users is subject to management approval and prior arrangement.

Yes. Our virtual office packages include business address usage for company registration and mail receiving.

Bookings are based on a first-paid, first-served basis. Advance payment is required to confirm the booking, subject to the selected service or package.

Yes, but the payments made are strictly non-refundable for any cancellation.

Yes, customers are entitled to one time reschedule request with terms & conditions apply.

Any booking not attended without prior notice will be considered attended and the payment made will not be refundable and no reschedule will be allowed.
